    Every article must be original and not posted anywhere else before or after submitting it here.

    A few example topics of an article; product reviews, DIY and tutorials (starting chicken raising, how do I treat ___?, building your own coop), industry news and events. These are not suggestions for articles but rather to give you a feel for the category of articles we are looking for.

    Article Requirements

    1. Article must be on the subject of chickens.
    2. Article has to be original and written by you.
    3. Article must contain at least 3 high-resolution photographs.
    4. Article must be a minimum of 500 words.

    To submit your article create a new thread in the following forum:

    ANY ARTICLE AND IMAGES YOU SUBMIT THAT WE USE AND GIVE AN UPGRADED MEMBERSHIP FOR BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF CHICKENFORUM.COM.

    We will evaluate and moderate the article if needed and if we choose to use it then it will go live in the Article forum.

    I could argue that point if needed. But I wonder what this is directed at. On the front page of this forum is a mass of articles. Many seem to be written by the same person whom I don't know. The problem with that page is that there are hundreds of articles with no organization what so ever. There are some very attractive articles in there that will never be read, and that's a shame.

    MAybe we need a fresh category. Maybe a sticky called "Member Created Articles" and at least if someone posts "new thread" it would contain the title of the article. No posts allowed except for the article.

    I would have to get Robin's input, or permission.

    BUt Kathy, it's a good idea! And a disclaimer that anyone needs to get permission from the author to copy it
