My rooster little guy has had small feet sores on his toes for the last month at most. I have been cleaning them with chicken wound cleaner I use on attack wounds so it works. But his feet sores haven't been getting better, well they have been getting worse. They have grown on his toes. Now one of his toes has a full sore on his upper toe joint. His back toe has a fairly large sore and a whitish pimple like bump to join it. I have never seen this before. And it's not dirt because the wound cleaner would of washed it off. If anyone has ideas I would love to know. If he has to get treated for what ever reason I will do that to. The pictures below are of his feet. The last one is of that odd bump

Looks like bumblefoot to me. Lots of info online on causes and how to treat. Here's just one:Bumblefoot in Chickens
It does and yet it doesn't. I wonder if @dawg53 will weigh in on this.

Does he limp or act like he's sore?

No he acts like a normal rooster. Strange
Have you tried soaking his feet in warm epsom salts?

And what is his breed?
