So I have one hen that appears that others are picking on her. She is missing all the feathers on her head and neck. I have seen her eating and drinking. Thinking about separating her until she looks more normal. Thoughts?

Good idea but keep her still noticeable to the others. Sometimes when I separate one of my girls for a reason, when its time for them to go back in with the others they get picked on and they are at the bottom of the flock. Sometimes it can be worse to do that. If you have a dog crate you can separate her and she can still be in with the others. Good luck

What's your hen to Roo ratio. When I have to few hens and to many Roos they start to lose the head and neck feathers due to over mating.
