Was the first bird telling you not to come any closer?

They are beauties!!!Are they yours?I really love my geese. They hang out with me while I weed the garden and we go swimming in the pond. The best part is when they get excited and come running when we come home, just like the dog. They are totally different than the chickens which was a pleasant surprise.

Had a Delaware rooster many years ago, so maybe? She's quite small (2 pounds), so could be some sort of game cross.

I have 5 Roman Tufted and 5 American Buffs. They are just about 4 mos old, maybe that's why mine are a little tamer.I went for personality when selecting breeds. They never liked to be held or touched unless we're in the pond but they like hanging out.I'll get some new pictures today and post them. What kind do you have there?I like the buff/brown ones. That coloring on the beak looks tribal and it looks like a good sized bird.
