So the current Fall evening ritual is: 1. get on the coop roof and walk to the deck on the back of the house. 2. Inspect every single empty cat food dish several times. 3. Hop up in the big Maple tree. 4. Jump back down on the six foot run perimeter fences. 5. Argue about who is going to perch where, (as long as it's warm with no wind). 6. Give up and go in the coop with the riff raff if it's chilly.

Don't get used to it. When they realize you know their routine they'll switch it up. Guineas catch me getting too comfortable with what their routines are way too often.

    Lovely pic. Title: Just Hangin'

Baby 2 along with the Silkie have spent the last two warm afternoons with the other birds, with the usual bullying which occurs. I have been trying to monitor them during the time they are outside. It's a gradual process.
