Just noticed our hen's comb has a purple area. She's otherwise doing well and is eating/very active and laying. The temperatures have been mainly in the 40s-50s+ so I didn't think it was frostbite but not sure if anyone has seen something similar and may know what it might be/what to do?

Looks like it might be an injury. If you're certain it's not frostbite.
