Some new Angel. She will be a year old in july.
Very cuddly and talks gibberish
What's scary is when we can understand the gibberish.
She's beautiful, thanks for the pics!
what does a bird like that eat? A few people near me keep macaws in these little cages on their deck... I hate the small cages...
but to each their own
very pretty critters, thats for sure
She eats seeds ,pellets, scrambled eggs, fruit, veggies, cjicken. Pretty much everything lol
I get her seed/pellet food from a bird place that sells special food
The big macaws should have huge 6 foot cages not little ones
Food not fox lol
She is molting so her head feathers look all spiked
We have a little cockatiel too.. And two little budgies.
I used to have bigger parrots but no longer.
Yours is very pretty! I really like the fancy colors.
I used to have 2 female cockatiels and one male parakeet who was very very happy , LOL. When he was in his chattering mood, if you listened carefully, you could hear words he picked up, just said very fast. He said "Brigette" which was one of the females. He said a bunch of stuff I can't remember. The three of them would nap on my shoulders while I studied in school.
That feather color and pattern is so pretty!!!
She still thinks Snowflake has cooties lol, and won't interact with him if she doesn't need to
We have two budgies and the one cockatiel. Their cages are side by side, but there never want to interact.
I think if they grew up together as babies in the same cage it would be dufferent. Both my Cockatiels lived with other babies before I got them. Angel was my only bird when I got her at 3 months old and I had her for almost a year before I got snowflake, so she was alone till he came aroubd. Snowflake went from his baby friends to angel so he always was with other birds so he is good with her
My budgies were in a big budgie cage when
I picked them out and brought them home, and the two stay in the same cage.
My cockatiel was with babies when we picked her out, but we had her for at least a couple of years before buying the budgies. So, she was an only bird for a very long time.
My keet was in a separate cage serenading the cockatiels. I let them all out together one day, and the parakeet just invited himself into the other cage to live. It was sweet.
Awww thats,so cool
All the cool toys and she plays with newspaper...
