One of my chickens layed a really light tan egg that broke open instantaneously

How old is the bird.

If this keeps up you'll need to give her some extra calcium and vitamin D3 to help her make stronger eggs.

First eg ever she layed it like a week ago 10 months

Give her a little time for her body to adjust. If she's still laying really thin shelled eggs in a couple weeks it might be a good to go ahead and put her on some Calciboost for goats and a D3 capsule.

she layed another one today, just saw it in the corner of the yard in a stash of them (unless its the other birdies that my chickns love and hang out with daily)

It was hard with a thin membrane and it was good and big and size of my chicken egg
