I have a pair of whites and 2 india blue peacocks and 7 penhens. The 2 india blue peacocks were hatched last July. I doubt they will mate this year but my white peacock is 3 this year. His companion and he are inseparable. With him being the productive male but rather reclusive and what appears to be monogamous with the white pen hen, do you think he might mate with the other females. He rarely leave his companions side. If they do mate (the white and india blues) would they be pied?

Hey,welcome to the forum!!!I don't know much about peacocks but some neighbors have them and I see babies down there every summer. Some are solid colors and others are a rainbow of colors, white or mixed.Their peacocks seem to breed on a regular basis and they are free range.I love to listen to them at roosting time,it reminds me of a jungle.Hopefully someone on here can answer your questions.
