Hello I’m new on here and have a question. I have10 Australop’s that are 16 weeks old. They are not acting like they are near to laying yet. Should I keep them on starter feed or can I get layer feed.

Keep them on what they're on for now. You will know when they are getting in the zone for laying when their combs begin to develop some color.

I never fed mine layer, I kept them on 20% and offered oyster shell on the side.

Well chickens don't start laying till they're about 5 months which is 20 weeks. Just keep them on what you originally were eating, don't change it or that will delay it.
