A barred rock rooster from a hen.

:D Not really. I can't get a close up. All I know is his/her comb is 1/4 inch long

Now don't quote me on this, but I read somewhere that the pullets are more black and the cockerels are more white. Like, the black bars are bigger than the white bars on the pullets and vise versa. Here's a photo of my pretty girl.

She's a little over a month old.

She's a little over a month old.
The males do carry more of the white gene.
