I'm from Los Angesless of the prk, I live in the norTheastern corner of Oregon now(long story if want to know just ask).
I don't raise Chickens and don't know if I ever will, but I'm a prepper and raising Chicken is a skill that might payoff in the future, My G/F is a country girl who raised Fighting cocks in AZ when she was a kid. I'm not in to that if I raise Chicken it will be for eggs & meat.
So I will be checking in trying to learn thing's I think Ill watch for awhile so I don't ask real dumb question just newbe dumb question.

Hello Joe, hidi ho from northern California , yreka to be exact. I've been raising chickens for about 8 years here. It's a great hobbie for me, and they make great pets. The eggs aren't bad either.
