    Hi everyone,

I've been keeping chickens for about 2 years now. I currently have 1 bluebell, 2 black stars & 6 ex-batts.

My run has developed over the years from a muddy plot which was once our lawn :p to a designated muddy area to re-claim our garden, to the purpose built WIR on a concrete base.

My girlies are so cheeky and great fun and spoilt rotten!!;)

That's the biggest issue I see as I plan to build and place my coop in my yard. Where do I want flies and mud?

By the way, welcome to the forum from New Jersey!
