My Amish neighbor grows all organic hemp. At the end of the year there sits a huge pile of all the stems. Thinking about renting a chipper and trying some out. Any thoughts?

Perhaps, if you didn't chip it, we use hay and some shavings here at the sanctuary.

I've heard that hemp is one of the best beddings out there, but I don't know which part specifically they use to make the bedding or how they process it. I wanted to use it myself at one point, but it's not readily available in my area and quite expensive to order online!
