I have a buff laying and it's been about 5 to 7 days now and I went and candled it and I accidentally drops both eggs it but I was kneeled down so, really I was close to the ground ......My question is dose it hurt the fertile egg by dropping it, please let me know I'm worried about it, this is my first time and I'm experimenting and I want to try to hatch them .....just let me know thank you !

Unfortunately the best answer i can offer is "maybe, maybe not"....i'd suggest marking them with a lead pencil (id them so you know they were the dropped eggs) and see if they hatch! Rough handling, vibration, heat and cold can ALL have an effect on the hatch rate of fertile eggs.

Good luck and keep us posted!!!

BuckeyeChickens is right ... a lot of different things can come into play.

So I would have to give you the same answer. ( "maybe, maybe not"....)

    Sorry and best of luck.
