I'm not sure, she just called it brittle bone disease, said she's had it since she was a kid if I recall right.

They were just concerned with my blood pressure issue that it might have caused damage to my heart.

I'm not sure if she was told right or not. The doctors told her brother his heart was fine and he dropped dead the next day from a heart attack. They also told her back in 2,000 that she had 5 tumors on her brain and had 6 months to live, that was 23 years ago and a few years ago she had another MRI done and there was no signs of any tumors at all. I think she had a quack for a doctor myself.

Yeah it was their idea of course, I didn't bring it up. I've only had 2 done.

I have no idea if it was fertile,I don't check them, not much point if they're just laid I didn't think. I just put them in the refrigerator. I've got 5 now and a smaller duck laid 1 today too, so I have 6 total. It was the jumbo Peking that laid the first 5, they're a lot bigger. I'm going to eat them. I have enough ducks and geese I'm not hatching anymore unless some die off.

I Didn't hatch any last year. I prefer NOT to hatch any, too much work.

GC? Do you mean CG, Canadian geese or is it something else. If you mean the CG, I haven't seen them in a few years now. At least that I'm sure of. I see CG once in awhile around here, but whether it's them or others I have no idea.

It very well could be, I've heard lots of stories about CG not being very friendly to humans at lakes and stuff. It only makes sense that they would be that way towards things smaller than them.

My geese are chickens, they run from strangers. They honk a lot but won't go near them. Them and the ducks are scared to death of me when I have my yellow raincoat on :ROFLMAO:. I've got 1 goose that'll hiss at me when she's sitting on a nest but she hasn't tried to attack me. The gander comes over and honks a lot when I'm getting her off it. The other goose don't give me any trouble at all when I get her off hers. Since I've put the rest of the fence up though they rarely try to make a nest now because there's very little cover. Well they make nest some but I always find them and take their eggs when they get off and won't let them get enough to sit on.

Of course. That would be your luck not to have guardian geese. Eveyone else and his brother has them but yours run to you for protection.

Oh yeah, the rain coat. How about the hat? My Guineas get loud when I show up wearing something different. At least your geese match up.

Will they move out on you if you don't let them set?

The geese don't run to me for protection, they run away from everybody. They won't let me get closer than a few feet unless they're setting. The one goose gets up easily from setting, I don't have to get very close even. The one that hisses I have to prod her with sticks and pry up on her butt with sticks to get her up but I keep at it until she gets up. They can't leave me, the entire area's fenced in.

The raincoat is the only thing they're scared of. All the other coats and hats I've worn, even my bright orange hunting hat, don't bother them.

That's funny.

They don't want me to go away, just not get close. All the ducks and geese I've had were like that other than Quackers and a few of the ducks They'll get within 6 or 7 feet if I'm out there fishing. I use to have 1 that'd get close if I tossed them minnows or small fish but she died a few years ago. All I have now take off if I try to toss them fish unless I toss it to them while I'm 10 15 away from them still.

Well that's good, it's nice to learn new things.

I ordered the geese eggs then hatched them.
On the imprinting thing I don't know. I've hatched a lot of ducks and geese and always keep them in totes in the house until they're mostly feathered so they're real close to me growing up. I even put them in the bath tub to play around while they're in the house but once they're out in the yard they seem to loose some of their tameness. There's only been a couple that would come towards me for any reason, whether it was for food or like Quackers just honking at me. Quackers was the only 1 that followed me.
