One day I noticed one of our hens was laying down most of the day.
We have some hen pecking going on and I thought maybe they’d really given her a thrashing. She was missing feathers all down her front.
So we’ve pulled the bully out to another coop and the sick one seems to be getting better … but I’m worried there is something more.
Her thighs and belly seem very large. She is still very slow and sometimes falls over. The edges of her wings are black and missing feathers. Any ideas what can be going on?
