    WHAT IS A SILKIE?
A silkie has got it's name as it has a soft, fluffy plumage.

Children will love them, since they don't mind being roughly handled, and they are small and cute. They are one of the most docile in poultry.

    WHERE DO THEY ORIGIN?
    China.

    HOW MUCH DO THEY WEIGH?
    Male: 2-3 lbs.
    Female: 1.5-2 lbs.
