    hi, my name is helen ,
    i have been keeping chickens for 9 years , i have done some showing with some pleasing results
    the breeds i currently keep are sultans , pekins, in black, mottled, blue, blue mottled, buff, mille fluer, blue mille fluer, and white
    i also have blue silkies , black tailed white japs , cuckoo danvers, and recently started with seramas i also have them in silkie feathered
    i do keep the odd few large fowl but bantams are my passion

    Hello Helen! Welcome aboard! Delighted to have you join us. I just got my first banty a month ago. She's a year old Golden Sebright. Pretty and sooo sassy! Love her to bits! :D

    Hi Helen,

    I am english too, from Telford in Shropshire orriginally but now live in county meath in Ireland. I have six hens, and love them to bits and want more. Its quite addictive isnt it?
