Default Chickens not going into coop at night

I have 2 coops an upper coop with 30 birds and a lower coop with 12 birds. Last night ten of the upper birds stayed out of the coop n hovered by the door. I had to scoot them in. Tonight the craziest thing happened. 29 of the upper birds where just hanging out by the door and all of the lower birds where doing the same by there coop. Why would this happen. It has been a lot warmer since the cold snap broke. Any one have a guess

assume you got in there and cleaned out thoroughly. No snake, rat, odor, stinging anything? I'm curious. keep us posted.
