INFORMATION

Found this barn shed on Craigs List for free. Repainted it, put a wall up inside & some perches & windows. The inside was dark brown & I painted it off white to brighten it up. Since these pics were taken I've added another window & some vent holes. I leave the front doors open for better ventalation.

Great job on the coop. Have to agree about the white paint. It makes it look bigger as well.
What dis you use for nest boxes? Could not see them very well but to me it looks like it was a bookshelf

@dfwquiltr37We made the nesting boxes from plywood. I've done a few changes to the coop since this pic. Added another window & redid the roosts. I'll have to post some new pics.

Hi Chicksrluv, do you have more photos of your coop. The inside it very similar to mine. I think I have put my roosts and nest boxes too high, so I'd like to see the changes you have made. It looks wonderful!

I love it! I am in the process of putting a divider wall in my coop too and am trying to see how much room I need for the storage on my side but still leave plenty of room for the hens. what amount of space did you leave before the wall? it looks like you have your storage can there as well. thanks
